Rehana
Founder, Managing Director
My journey in Early Years started in 2006, where Kiddisafe began as a mobile childcare provision for training providers. This developed into a community project after being approached by a local community church to establish a pre-school provision to support the community. As a working mum of two, I recognised the need for professional yet convenient childcare provision. And so, with a background in teaching adults and business development, I was able to use my skills to best serve the community.
Initially a part-time, pack-away pre-school setting, Kiddisafe has since evolved into a two-site day nursery serving East Leicester. I am so proud of Kiddisafe’s journey so far, and even more proud of the passionate team I am privileged to work with everyday.

My passion for children lies in building children’s resilience, providing access to great outdoor learning experiences and supporting children as unique individuals through small step targets.
With a level 5 in Children, Young People and Families Practice alongside two degrees from Oxford Brookes Business and Birmingham Business School, I have a strong foundation to support Kiddisafe to the best of my abilities. You may be able to tell that I love learning! I am continually inspired and always grateful to be a part of this wonderful Kiddisafe team.

Building Relationships
Every single child at Kiddisafe has a key person who is responsible for building that crucial relationship not only with the child, but the parent/carer.
They ensure all your child’s needs are met at nursery and see to it that every parent is happy with their child’s progress as they ready for school.
All childcare sessions are planned and delivered within the Early Years Foundations Stage, with each child assessed individually to have personalised goals set for their development. Session plans are reviewed and planned around these individual needs & interests identified during session observations and parent reviews.
Diversity
Situated in a diverse city, Kiddisafe are committed to ensuring that our team are representative of our children where the needs of all languages and cultures are respected, honoured and taught at the nursery. We strongly believe that all our unique gifts, talents and experiences enhance and enrich the learning environment.
It's lovely working alongside the parents, getting to know them and knowing you are working with them to support and help their child blossom in a whole lot of ways.
